Between Margot Robbie's Barbie-inspired manicures, Ayo Edibiri's flippy bobs, and Lily Gladstone's lipsticks, the 2024 awards season has been particularly great for beauty inspiration—and it's far from over yet. Next up: the 30th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, the all-acting awards show where 130,000+ performers vote on their peers in thirteen categories encompassing both the movie and TV worlds.

With nominees including Quinta Brunson and haircare maven Tracee Ellis Ross and presenters such as Jennifer Aniston, Issa Rae, and SAG-AFTRA president/forever glam icon Fran Drescher in attendance, the Los Angeles event is sure to be a big night for beauty. (And fashion, if it even needs to be said.) Will Robbie finally rock knee-length tresses à la Totally Hair Barbie? Time is running out on this particular press tour, so we can only hope.

Keep scrolling throughout the evening as we share the very best beauty looks from the 2024 SAG Awards red carpet (peep our favorite fashion from carpet as well).

Selena Gomez

Brown lipstick is honestly kind of rare for Selena Gomez—and I love it. With her lob blown out in '90s supermodel fashion by hairstylist Marissa Marino (the trick is to finish it off with Fekkai's Full Blown Volume Dry Texturizing Spray for hold and volume) and a hefty swipe of dark eyeliner applied by makeup artist Melissa Murdick (the theme was effortless glam à la Cindy Crawford), everything came together in iconic fashion. Plus, manicurist Tom Bachik added two luscious coats of Essie's VIPlease, a fuchsia with a kick.

In a room full of neutral shadow looks, Teraji P. Henson is thinking pink. Her sparkly eyeshadow—paired with that excellent, expertly flipped bob—packed on the glitter (and matched her bedazzled stiletto mani by nail artist Temeka Jackson).

Jennifer Aniston

Jennifer Aniston's famous Golden Globes lob is lasting her all the way through awards season (and it's, dare we say, a smidge shorter tonight?). For the SAGs, she wore her famous locks straight with a slight side part. Her makeup look was inspired by "the stars and the moon, and all the glamour in between," according to her makeup artist, Angela Levin. To achieve it, Levin used Chanel's Le Rouge Duo Ultra Tenue Ultrawear Liquid Lip Colour in Light Rose.

Maddie Ziegler

This peachy-brown lip and ethereal pink flush is very special. Those doll lashes, too. With her effortless-looking shiny dark hair (it was styled by Graham Nation with Fekkai products), Maddie Ziegler's look was all about simplicity and diffused color. It was a little Pat McGrath for Maison Margiela and a lot gorgeous.

Issa Rae

"Hydrated and glowing" is the look celebrity makeup artist Joanna Simkin was going for and, dear god, did she succeed. Issa Rae looks like an angelic, glowy goddess on the SAGs red carpet and it has us yearning for balmy highlighter and all the blush. Luckily, we found the exact products that graced her face: First, Simkin prepped her skin with Chanel's Sublimage Le Soin Perfecteur Ultimate Radiance-Enhancing Priming Moisturizer. Then, she followed up with Powder Blush Duo in Roses Coquillage and Baume Essentiel Multi-Use Glow Stick in Mermaid Glow. And, the curls? Spectacular.

Quinta Brunson

With her plunging black gown only adding to the illusion, Quinta Brunson exemplified Hollywood glam with a neutral smoky eye and wispy lashes. And while the makeup (courtesy of Kasha Lassien) was gorgeous, the best part was her hair: voluminous, brushed-out curls and perfectly styled baby hairs by Alexander Armand.

Joey King

Joey King was approximately... not born yet when zig-zag headbands first hit the trend forecasts. And yet! Here she is bringing them right back with cool-girl bends in her her medium-length golden hair. King took another cue from the early aughts with a touch of silver shadow along the inner corners of her eyes (courtesy of MUA Allan Avendaño and Dior Beauty's Diorshow 5 Couleurs in Soft Cashmere and Pied-de-Poule)

Anne Hathaway

Anne Hathaway has been bringing it from NYC to Milan and back to L.A. This time around, celebrity hairstylist Adir Abergel sculpted a baby beehive blowout (using Virtue’s Volumizing Mousse) while Jillian Dempsey created a natural makeup look complete with rosy cheeks and a well-rested complexion. Jet lag who?

Ayo Edibiri

Ayo Edibiri SAGs

Ayo Edibiri’s soft, medium-length waves (with a few braids weaved in for good measure) are doing it for us. Celebrity makeup artist Tasha Reiko Brown created a stained lip look using Chanel's 31 Le Rouge Satin Lipstick in Rouge 2.55 "on a drier lip, in layers, directly from the bullet," Brown explains. She blotted with a tissue, then re-applied, then topped off the look with (Byrdie favorite) Baume Essentiel Multi-Use Glow Stick in Transparent for the high-shine look. As for hair, stylist Miles Jeffries used the ghd Curve Thin Wand to add soft waves before adding a dainty hidden braid tucked behind each ear.

Emma Stone

Emma Stone worked with celebrity makeup artist Rachel Goodwin on her dreamy lavender shadow (Charlotte Tilbury's The Beautyverse Palette) and bright pink lipstick look (Hollywood Beauty Icon Lipstick in Rose to Fame). Meanwhile, hairstylist Mara Roszak used RŌZ Hair’s Root Lift Spray for a low bun with a few loose, face-framing tendrils.

Danielle Brooks

GETTY IMAGES

Danielle Brooks went with a middle-parted, slicked-back hair look with a bejeweled silver hair wrap. The glittery accessory allowed pieces of The Color Purple actress' hair to beautifully waterfall out. Another highlight: the sultry eyeliner and fanned out lashes.

Margot Robbie

Margot Robbie was a total doll on the red carpet (get it?). That lipstick (it’s a mix of Chanel's Rouge Coco Baume in Flirty Coral and My Rose is especially alluring.

Da’Vine Joy Randolph

Da’Vine Joy Randolph’s cream color scheme didn't stop at her gown—her vintage-inspired, side-parted bob glimmered in a beautiful honey blonde shade (which was a lovely callback to the blonde Old Hollywood waves she wore at the BAFTA awards). Golden shadow (Lancôme's Hypnôse 5-Color Eyeshadow Palette in Bronze Absolu) pulled everything together.

Lily Gladstone

Celebrity makeup artist Fiona Stiles worked with Lily Gladstone on a makeup look that was all about "neutral tones, full, fluffy lashes and softly rosy cheeks and lips." Before the application even begin, Gladstone wore CurrentBody's Skin Face & Neck Kit for 10 minutes—this helps to increase circulation, which gives the skin that plump and glowing effect. Stiles applied Lancôme's Teint Idole Ultra Wear 24H Longwear Foundation in 125W for that flawless, natural-looking finish, Dual Finish Powder Highlighter in 220 Shimmering Buff for subtle, buildable glow, and Cheekbone Beauty Pink Cheek Matte Blush for Gladstone's enviable flush.

Ali Wong

Ali Wong worked with celebrity hairstylist Clayton Hawkins to create her super long and sleek ponytail. Hawkins wanted a look that would "keep her shoulders clean, as to not distract from her dramatic Iris van Herpen gown, but still be impactful. He used Living Proof Full Thickening Blow-Dry Cream and No Frizz Vanishing Oil on damp hair for the slick look.

Billie Eilish

Billie Eilish SAGs

GETTY IMAGES

She's a full-on brunette now. With wispy top and bottom eyelashes and the perfect pale-pink lip color, Billie Eilish's makeup look was elegance all the way. Also, it should be said: the spiky updo more than makes up for the lack of brightly colored roots.

America Ferrera

Hairstylist Aviva Jansen Perea used Kristin Ess products to slick the Barbie star's bob into an elegant twist. The gold eyeshadow (applied on her lids and below her bottom lash line) and peek-a-boo freckles made the look fresh and absolutely breathtaking.

Laverne Cox

Prior to her red carpet coverage, Laverne Cox had her own moment in the spotlight. Sporting another award's season updo, she opted for a lengthy blonde braid that tapering out at her waist. A smoky eye, major lashes, and glistening burgundy lip completed the look.

Audra McDonald

Audra McDonald SAGs

GETTY IMAGES

Audra McDonald (who's nominated alongside her Gilded Age castmates), wore a gorgeous braided topknot, with a few loose strands making their (majorly romantic) mark. Her makeup offered a classic-sexy addition, with an exaggerated, smoked-out shadow and glossy, mocha-lined lip.

Fran Drescher

Fran Drescher SAGs

GETTY IMAGES

The focal point of Fran Drescher's red carpet look? A classic, blue-red lipstick, of course. "Always check your teeth. We always had Fran Fine doing that in the show; she’d run past the mirror, rub the red lipstick off her teeth and keep going," the SAG-AFTRA president previously told Byrdie. I imagine her other trick is an extra spritz of hairspray before the step-and-repeat to keep that voluminous bob riding high.

Lily Gladstone

Lily Gladstone won her first SAG Award, and had the glowing skin to match. Makeup artist Fiona Stiles used CurrentBody devices to prep the actor's skin before applying a radiant foundation and rosy flush. “While I set up, Lily used those 10 minutes to use the CurrentBody Skin Face & Neck Kit,” says Stiles. "Just 10 minutes increases circulation, leaving the skin plump and glowing and perfect for makeup application.”

Emily Blunt

Emily Blunt SAGs

Blonder and blonder she goes. With her hair side-swept and styled in soft curls, Emily Blunt's light locks were on full display. Her makeup artist, Jenn Streicher, went for "soft and subtle" and she succeeded—both because the makeup is beautiful but also because Blunt visited celebrity facialist Lord Gavin McLeod Valentine for his famous The Method by Augustinus Bader treatment. The lip color? Charlotte Tilbury's pastel Red Carpet Pink, of course.

Penelope Cruz

After premiering a new haircut earlier this month, Penelope Cruz wore the chop side-parted with impressive golden highlights. Long lashes, peachy blush, and a matte lip sealed the deal.

Tracee Ellis Ross

"To contrast and balance the vintage inspired Balmain, look Tracee went for a sleek and detailed modern hairstyle and kept the makeup cool and sophisticated with some intensity around the eyes," says makeup artist Molly Greenwald, who used Aesop skincare to create a glowing base. Key products included the Aesop B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel and the Aesop Damascan Rose Facial Treatment on the cheekbones for extra radiance.

Dallas Liu

GETTY IMAGES

A far cry from his moppy locks at the Avatar: The Last Airbender premiere in mid-February, actor Dallas Liu showed up to the SAGs with the most perfectly tousled, boy-band-chic chop. Short in the back and on the sides, his bangs hang into his face beautifully.

Kat Graham

Kat Graham SAGs

GETTY IMAGES

With a dramatic lip, dramatic eye, and dramatic updo—Kat Graham is proving you absolutely can (and should) have it all. The Vampire Diaries star took a fittingly vampy approach to the evening's glam with a glossy, brick-red lip, golden eyeshadow, and sharp winged eyeliner. Her black hair was coiffed atop her head in a Victorian-inspired updo with a modern twist.

Hello, glow. With her curls (courtesy of hair salon Kymm's Creations) out in full force, the entertainment reporter decided on a gilded bronze smoky eye, glossy nude lip, and the perfect dab of highlighter to complement her teal off-the-shoulder satin gown.
