Fall asleep faster and stay asleep with a little help. I have trouble winding down before bed and feeling calm due to anxiety disorders (I have PTSD, agoraphobia with panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder). So, I’m always looking for something to help me fall asleep and stay asleep. These products have helped and I hope they can help you too.

  1. Loftie Smart Alarm Clock
Remember alarm clocks? The Loftie Alarm Clock is a great alternative to using your phone. The alarm will start by gently coaxing you awake and then getting louder to wake you up. A built-in white noise machine will help you drift off to sleep. There’s even breath work, guided meditation, and sound baths. Loftie is a lifesaver.
  2. Loop Quiet Earplugs
Tik Tok doesn't lie — these Loop earplugs are a game-changer. They are soft and super comfortable. I forget I have them in. They block out any noises going on outside or inside. Comes with four different sized ear tips so you know they’ll fit. Colors available: black, blue, green, pink, red, or white.
  3. Hello Bello Sleep Well Gummies & Nighttime Bath Bomb
These tasty gummies have been helping me fall asleep faster and that’s no easy feat. These sleep gummies contain melatonin, chamomile, and passionflower. The soothing nighttime bath bombs are a great pair to help you feel relaxed.
  4. Pure Synergy Stress Remedy
I’ve been taking this stress remedy every night for a couple of weeks. My anxious brain loves the relaxing formula of ashwagandha, lemon balm, holy basil, rhodiola, schizandra, magnolia, eleuthero, cistanche, and gynostemma.
  5. Kindroot Adaptogens Snooze Lozenges
These lozenges have melatonin and ashwagandha to help you drift off and the lavender vanilla flavor is so tasty.
  6. Xlear Nasal Spray
Allergy season is here and in full force. This nasal spray will clean out your sinuses so you can breathe easier while you’re sleeping.
  7. Jarrow Formulas Soothing Night Magnesium Supplement Powder
Just mix this up with some water or tea and enjoy a relaxing nighttime blend (melatonin, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), magnesium, lemon balm, and glycine).
  8. Sleep Number Comfort Fit pillow
The best thing about the ultimate pillow is that there are three removable inserts inside so you can adjust the height to where you like it. Plus, it’s hypoallergenic cause you know it’s allergy season.
  9. Catnap Sleep Breathing Night Light
I am in love with everything from Catnap Sleep! They have everything you need for better sleep. This breathing night light helps calm me down when it’s bedtime. The light pulses and has four different modes.
  10. Catnap Sleep White Noise Machine
This white noise machine is so nice to listen to. My favorite is the rain sound, but there 8 other sounds to choose from. Lie back, relax, and listen.
  11. Catnap Sleep Small Bedside Alarm Clock
I love that this alarm clock is tiny cause there’s not a lot of room on my nightstand. It’s super simple and minimalistic. Comes in red, white, black, or blue.
  12. BrainTap
BrainTap uses a headset and app to help you sleep better and feel more stress-free. One session is just 10 to 20 minutes, and the results are incredible. You exercise your body, why not your mind? You’ll experience sounds and light to hack your brain for better sleep. My brain feels like it’s working better than ever.
  13. Youtheory Sleep Powder
This sleep powder has melatonin, magnesium, 5-HTP, L-Glycine, L-Tryptophan, and L-Theanine to help you sleep.
  14. Half Asleep Ruffle Sleep Mask
Don’t wake up when the sun comes up? Me either. Use this comfy sleep mask to keep the light out. Comes in lilac, lavender, cloud, and sunrise.
  15. CVS Health Calming Breathing Coach & Cooling Wristbands
If you run hot like I do, these cooling wristbands could help you too. Pop them in the freezer and put them on before bed. They are so cooling. I also use them after going out in the Florida sun.
The breathing coach is so helpful during breathing practice. The light and vibrations signal when to inhale and exhale.
  16. Brooklyn Bedding Luxury Cooling Memory Foam Pillow
I have the high profile pillow and it’s perfect. I’m a side sleeper and I love the cooling aspect. If you’re a stomach sleeper opt for the low profile.
  17. Big Fig Mattress
The Big Fig is the first (I think) mattress specifically designed for bigger people. Finally! Super supportable, durable, and comfy. Get $400 off with coupon code MEMDAY.
