Founding Story
Éclectique was founded by two friends who had a style and vision when it came to men's fashion. Taking root from meeting while being co-workers at Lenscrafters, the duo focused on creating their first pair of sunglasses for the brand. Alongside an eye for good eyewear, similar interests in fashion streetwear helped propel the brands identity to what it is today. With the help of an industry seasoned creative director, Éclectique has been able to create some amazing pieces as part of its Sedona collection and is putting together an amazing Fall collection.
Team Bios
With a career path in Engineering, being a co-founder of a clothing label seems way left field. John initially found an interest in graphic design and apparel in 2009 while in college studying Civil Engineering. This was a good outlet to explore his creative abilities while still earning a few bucks on the side. Through his first venture running "Fresh Baked Goods South", John was able to learn some fundamental skills of running a business focused on E-commerce.
Fast forward to now, John has left his previous career in cancer research based biotech to co found Éclectique. Taking his passion for design, photography, and videography into a new field he is eager to expand.
