Fellow Products are beautifully functional and elegantly-designed products for the coffee and tea connoisseurs. Founded by Jake Miller in 2013, the Fellow team is comprised of self-described 'nerds in love with coffee and obsessed with product design' who believe one should never have to choose between aesthetics and functionality. Relentlessly curious about why products are the way they are and how we can make them better; making is in the Fellow DNA. From pour-over kettles($69-$199), brewing kits ($59-$230), serving vessels ($15-$30) and all the accessories in between, Fellow offers an extensive portfolio of intuitively-designed coffee and tea brewing products for the coffee and tea aficionados. In July 2020, Fellow introduced the Carter Move Mug ($15-$30), available in three sizes (8 oz, 12 oz, 16 oz), it features a new slim width, has a snap-in splash guard, and is as aesthetically sleek as it is durable and capable of retaining extreme heat. Whether a coffee aficionado or a beginner, Fellow makes products that evokes fun when it comes to the craft of brewing.
In 2013, Jake Miller launched a Kickstarter campaign with the intention to make a beautifully-designed product for brewing ridiculously good coffee, which was the Duo Coffee Steeper. After eight months, countless prototypes, and nearly $200K in pre-sales, Jake turned the success of the campaign into the Fellow brand. Since then, the company has developed an extended portfolio of intuitively-designed coffee and tea brewing products for the coffee aficionados and the coffee curious alike.
In 2017, the company opened its doors to the Fellow Store + Playground - an interactive space where customers can brew a cup, share a tip, take a class, or just talk shop in San Francisco’s Mission District. Many of our products and our new store have been featured in publications like Bon Appétit, Design Milk, and Fast Company, the Stagg EKG Electric Kettle has also earned a Red Dot Design Award, one of the most world-renowned evaluation processes for design and innovation.
