Liteboxer is a first-of-its-kind, at-home connected fitness platform that combines breakthrough technology and expert training for a full-body boxing workout that builds cardio, strength, and mental acuity. Liteboxer reimagines the traditional punching bag as a free-standing device that is portable and easily assembled and stored. LED illuminated runway lights, targets, and force sensors combine to simulate the action of sparring with a trainer, choreographing unique, challenging combinations synced to the beat of the song. One of the most highly- anticipated launches of 2020, Liteboxer is now shipping to customers and offers a fun, effective and safe at-home workout.
Liteboxer Co-Founder, Todd Dagres entered the ring for the first time a few years ago, where the sweat-inducing, full-body workout ignited his passion for boxing. But when Todd brought home a heavy bag to replace the inconvenience and cost of the gym, the experience wasn’t the same. He missed the exhilaration and motivation of a sparring partner. And with that, the idea for Liteboxer was born. Todd needed a partner to bring this idea to life, a fellow entrepreneur with the technical know-how to execute. Jeff Morin, a MIT-educated engineer and certified personal trainer, was the perfect partner and cofounder. The two went through many iterations to arrive at the final Liteboxer, a hardware solution completely revolutionary in design that uses rhythm technology to deliver an experience similar to being in the ring.
