Founding Story
We’re childhood best friends who set out on a mission to brew the best tasting cup of organic coffee in the world. Our first batches of Nitro Cold Brew were brewed with organic beans from Chanchamayo, Peru in a New York City apartment and from there we grew our business out of a garage in Connecticut. We infused our naturally sweet cold brew with nitrogen to create a cascade with a frothy head, and a refreshingly smooth taste that sets us apart from all the other sugar-filled, high calorie alternatives on the market.
Our mission to brew the best tasting beverages with the highest quality ingredients led us to create a line of Ready-To-Drink Nitro Cold Brew Coffee, Tea & Lattes, and a line of Organic Oat Milk. We’re proud of what we brew and we’re just getting started.

Jarrett is passionate about product development, storytelling, connecting likeminded individuals and branding. Jarrett has been working in the beverage industry since his first job at SoBe Beverages while in High School and after graduating from Cornell University he helped found The Water Initiative. When nitro cold brewing in his NYC apartment the team used The Water Initiative’s filtration device combined with Organic coffee beans to create the best tasting, highest quality coffee experience of their lives. Jarrett’s always hungry to create new ways to market RISE and thirsty to share RISE’s products with the world.

Melissa is an energetic, operationally-minded, customer-centric, and quality-obsessed lover of excellent products. She was the last co-founder of the RISE Brewing Co. team, and has worn many hats as the company has grown: from optimizing the early production and delivery schedules, to bringing on new distributor partners, to developing a selling process and hiring a sales team, to building out the marketing discipline & team at RISE -- she is constantly asking "what's next" & is looking for the next problem to solve or process to fix.
