About

The Roaster's Daughter Espresso Martini is a ready-to-drink cocktail made with premium vodka, 100% Arabica cold brew coffee, and bittersweet cacao. It is produced and bottled in Philadelphia on the same cobblestone streets where coffee houses were popping up around the time of the American Revolution. The Roaster's Daughter is named in honor of the women that managed the coffee houses while their husbands and fathers were off fighting in the Revolutionary War.

Founding Story

After the Boston Tea Party, coffee gained popularity in Boston, Philadelphia, and New York. Coffee houses sprang up throughout Philadelphia, serving as venues for discussions about the impending Revolution. With men from Philadelphia departing for the Revolutionary War, women were left in charge of managing the city's coffee houses. The Roaster's Daughter pays tribute to these historic coffee houses on the cobblestone streets of Philadelphia, where the original American coffee houses once stood.
