This durable roasting pan has a three-ply construction that sandwiches heat-conducting aluminum between two layers of non-reactive stainless steel with a mirror finish. The rack allows heat to circulate around the meat and provides space below to roast vegetables and catch delicious drippings. The roaster includes a water-resistant, quick-read thermometer which turns on and off automatically when opened and closed and attaches magnetically to the pan for handy storage.
